Qualifications

• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required; licensing may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related screening procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Screen employees, visitors, contractors, packages, and personal property in accordance with site procedures and applicable screening requirements.
• Operate screening equipment and conduct inspections, reporting prohibited items and policy violations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations, documenting observations as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of designated areas; adapt to varying locations.
