Job summary

The TJ Maxx store in Lima, OH is looking for a team-oriented associate who can manage receiving and merchandising tasks, while delivering excellent customer service.

You will participate in the flow of goods, train teammates, and help maintain store standards. The role requires flexibility for nights and weekends and a willingness to grow with a Fortune 100 company in the off-price retail sector.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Capable of training others.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure smooth store flow.
• Ensure Associates process merchandize efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized store and backroom area.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers.
