Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• Able to train others and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards on the sales floor.
• Engage with customers to deliver an excellent shopping experience.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising principles.
• Organize back stock for easy replenishment and flow of goods.
• Maintain signage, tagging, and inventory accuracy.
