Job summary

McCue Corporation, a division of Bunzl, seeks a Collections Specialist for a part-time, hybrid role based in Danvers, MA. The position handles B2B collections to secure timely payments and maintain cash flow, with 20–25 hours per week and office presence 1-2 times per quarter.

Responsibilities include contacting customers, monitoring aging, resolving discrepancies, and collaborating across Sales and Finance to optimize collections.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred.
• 3+ years of B2B Collections experience.
• Computer skills: Outlook, Excel and Word; Dynamics GP 18.6 preferred.

Responsibilities

• B2B collections and ownership of assigned accounts to ensure timely payment.
• Contact customers by phone and email regarding past due invoices and secure payment commitments.
• Monitor aging reports and reduce delinquent accounts; collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
