Job summary

The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame is seeking an Assistant Audio Engineer/AV Technician for a part-time position in Cleveland, OH. You will operate and maintain exhibits, projection systems, lighting and sound to ensure world-class visitor experiences and support AV for special events.

Applicants should have 2+ years of theatrical/stage experience, familiarity with audio/video equipment, and the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school graduate and equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 2-years theatrical/stage experience in stage management and related tech.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and tears down audiovisual equipment for special events.
• Operates audio/video/lighting during events and performs maintenance.
• Troubleshoots show technology problems during startup and performances.
• Performs safety checks and ensures equipment is show-ready.
• Directs intern staff and contracted engineers during performances.
