Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc is seeking a part-time onsite engineer to develop new technology and support existing systems, focusing on production quality, safety and profitability. The role includes project planning, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination within the Operations department.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s degree in engineering (Bachelor’s preferred) and at least 3 years in the medical device or a regulated industry, with experience in project management.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in engineering is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in engineering is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the medical device or regulated industry.
• Experience in supporting technical project management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new technology and support existing technology to improve production, quality, profitability and safety.
• Plan, schedule, and execute projects and communicate status to timelines.
• Manage facility expansion/modifications as needed.
• Develop and maintain validation and project management documents.
• Ensure regulatory and customer requirements are met for projects.
