Sheehy Toyota of Fredericksburg seeks an energetic receptionist for a part-time position. As the receptionist, you will impact our overall customer experience daily as the dealership's first impressions representative.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and goal-oriented. If you are professional, have integrity, love people, and like to get things done, you will contribute to a friendly, efficient front desk as the first point of contact for customers and prospects.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work weekday evenings 3pm-8pm, Saturdays 9am-6pm and Sundays 12pm-5pm.
• Friendly, outgoing "people person" with excellent communication and customer service skills
• A professional appearance
• High School Diploma or higher
• A clean driving record & valid driver’s license
• Must be authorized to work in the USA
• Must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks (MVR, drug test)

Responsibilities

• Answer dealership group phones
• Greet and receive prospects and customers
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and refers the customer to the appropriate individual for further assistance.
• Various other clerical duties assigned
