Job summary

Sheehy Toyota of Fredericksburg is seeking a part-time Receptionist to serve as the dealership’s first impression. You will handle phone calls, greet prospects and customers, and direct them to the appropriate departments with professional courtesy.

The ideal candidate is motivated, professional, and people-oriented, capable of maintaining a positive atmosphere while processing guest needs and scheduling follow-ups.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher required.
• A clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment testing including background checks (MVR, drug test).

Responsibilities

• Answer dealership group phones.
• Greet and receive prospects and customers.
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson.
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and refers the customer to the appropriate individual for further assistance.
• Various other clerical duties assigned.
