Job summary

Sheehy Toyota of Fredericksburg seeks an energetic part-time Receptionist to be the dealership's first impression. The role involves answering phones, greeting customers, and directing them to the right department with a friendly, professional demeanor.

The ideal candidate is outgoing with strong communication and customer service skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. A valid driver’s license and work authorization in the USA are required.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing person with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to work weekday evenings 3pm-8pm, Saturdays 9am-6pm and Sundays 12pm-5pm.
• Professional appearance and a positive demeanor required.
• High School Diploma or higher is required.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license are required.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA and pass pre-employment testing (background checks).

Responsibilities

• Answer dealership group phones.
• Greet and receive prospects and customers.
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person, and introduce the customer to the salesperson.
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise and refer to the appropriate individual for assistance.
• Complete various other clerical duties as assigned.

• Answer dealership group phones

• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and refers the customer to the appropriate individual for further assistance.
• Various other clerical duties assigned

Compensation
