North Olmsted, OH — NAPA is seeking a part-time Store Counter Sales associate to be the face of our retail store. You will assist customers with auto parts, provide product recommendations, and handle transactions at the counter and over the phone.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Experience in a parts store or automotive industry preferred or willingness to learn.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong listening skills and empathy for customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide auto parts answers and solutions for customers in person at the counter and over the phone.
• Use parts knowledge to assist other team members with customer questions.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and interactions at the counter.
• Engage with customers to provide a positive in-store experience.
• Welcome retail customers and guide them for a productive visit.
• Operate the store technology (computer, register, telephone, and catalog system).
