Classic Genesis in Mentor, OH is seeking a part-time Receptionist to be the friendly first contact for customers. Schedule: Mon-Thu 4:00 PM–7:00 PM and Sat 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, offering a flexible, customer-focused environment.

You will answer calls, greet guests, take messages, and route inquiries to the correct salesperson or department, while supporting basic administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior receptionist or customer service experience is a plus.
• Professional, welcoming demeanor and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer, screen, and route incoming calls to the proper person.
• Take accurate messages and relay information promptly.
• Greet customers entering the dealership and direct them accordingly.
• Provide basic information to callers and visitors as needed.
• Maintain a clean, professional reception and showroom area.
• Provide general clerical support as needed by the team.
