Job summary

D&S Automotive is seeking a Receptionist/Greeter to welcome clients, answer calls, and route inquiries at our Mentor, OH location. This full-time role runs 7:45 am–5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, reporting to the Collision Center Manager.

Expect a supportive team, a professional environment, and involvement in daily front-desk operations. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of related experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience.
• Experience handling multiple lines at once preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background and credit check.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Punctual and dependable attendance.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person, department or location
• Provide basic information in-person and over the phone
• Greet all in-person customers with a friendly demeanor
• Assist with the coordination of customer rental cars
• Maintain safe and clean reception area, including showroom pens and marketing materials
• Maintain and keep inventory of coffee, water and bathroom supplies in customer waiting area
• Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
• Assist Collision Center Service Representative with preparing vehicle drop-off files and work authorization forms
• Assist the Accessory Department by sending out Google Review requests
• Assist customers with tows
• Assist staff with company-hosted events as assigned
• Other duties and special assignments as assigned
