Job summary

Achieve Beyond is hiring part-time, hourly Autism Aides to support pediatric therapy across Middlesex County. You will provide direct ABA instruction, collaborate with BCBA and therapy staff, and communicate progress and resources to families in home and community settings.

Successful candidates will have at least 2 years working with special needs children and may be enrolled in or completed undergraduate/graduate programs in psychology or related fields.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA therapy and working with children with special needs.
• Ability to collaborate with BCBA and other clinicians.
• Strong communication with families and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the educational plan outlined by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other Autism Aides/Behavior Therapists on the case.
• Communicate frequently with family members by providing debriefs at the end of each session, as well as resources and strategies that can be implemented in the home and community to promote consistency.
• Collect daily data and organize child's program book weekly.
• Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families in accordance with State and Federal regulations.
