Responsibilities

• Assist with classroom and event support by connecting customers' devices to the classroom AV systems and/or setting up PA systems in event spaces.
• Record AV requests received via phone and email into Airtable; ensure details are properly annotated.
• Assist staff and faculty with lecture capture using various videoconferencing apps.
• Test classroom AV systems to isolate malfunctioning components and replace cables as needed.
• Assist with scheduling and coordination of AV resources to support classes and events.

Ensure that audio and display settings of connected devices are properly selected.Record AV requests received via phone and email into the office database utilizing the software application; Airtable. Ensure that audio and display settings of connected devices are properly selected.Test Classroom AV systems in order isolate malfunctioning components for further troubleshooting or replacement by the Spring Valley Senior Technician.
