American University in Washington, DC is seeking a part-time, student-position to provide front-line technology support and services for classes and events. The role includes on-site troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of multimedia audiovisual equipment in technology-enhanced classrooms and event spaces, and training faculty, staff, and students in the use of classroom technologies.
The position supports Hybrid, Hy-Flex and Zoom Room systems and will work under AU's Evening Operations.

This position provides front-line technology support and serviceson-site or via phone or email for classes and events. This includeson-site troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of multimediaaudiovisual equipment and systems in technology-enhanced classroomsand event spaces . This position trains faculty, staff, andstudents in the use of classroom technologies, assists senior AVstaff in maintaining and troubleshooting audio video equipmentand systems, and provides technical support training in the use andmaintenance of new equipment and technologies.
