Job summary

Infinite Medical P.C. seeks an Attending Physician to oversee primary medical care for residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities, supported by a dedicated NP or PA. This part-time role (1 day per week) is based in Fall River, MA and offers meaningful patient impact under LTC programs.

The position includes leadership responsibilities and benefits such as Paid Time Off and Malpractice Insurance, with total annual compensation of $50,000–$60,000.

Qualifications

• Board-certified physician with primary care and LTC experience.
• Ability to mentor NPs and PAs in delivering care.
• Must be able to lift 20 pounds and stand/walk up to 6-8 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary care provider for residents in SNFs, taking responsibility for medical management.
• Conduct patient rounds, collaborating with NPs and PAs to assess and manage resident care.
• Diagnose and treat patients with acute illnesses while overseeing ongoing conditions.
• Discuss treatment plans, prognosis, and advance care planning with residents and families.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and specialists to provide comprehensive care.
