Job summary

Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking an Attending Physician to oversee primary medical care for residents at our Skilled Nursing Facilities.

You will serve as the primary care provider, with a dedicated NP or PA to support you, collaborating to ensure high-quality patient care. The position is part-time (1 day per week) in Fall River, MA, with a total annual compensation of $50,000-$60,000 and benefits including Paid Time Off and malpractice insurance.

Qualifications

• Board-certified physician with primary care and LTC experience.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to conduct rounds and manage care in SNFs.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary care provider for SNF residents, overseeing medical management.
• Conduct patient rounds and collaborate with NPs/PAs to assess and manage care.
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and manage chronic conditions.
• Discuss treatment plans, prognosis, and advance care planning with residents and families.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and specialists to provide comprehensive care.
