Job summary

Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking an Attending Physician to oversee primary medical care for residents in skilled nursing facilities. You will lead a dedicated NP/PA support team and coordinate care across interdisciplinary staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

The role is part-time with a focus on compassionate, proactive in-facility care and adherence to regulatory standards. A board-certified physician with LTC experience is required.

Qualifications

• Board-certified physician with primary care and LTC experience.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor NPs and PAs.
• Prolonged standing/walking and ability to handle equipment and multi-level facilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary care provider for residents in SNFs, overseeing medical management.
• Conduct patient rounds and collaborate with NPs and PAs to assess care.
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and manage chronic conditions.
