Job summary

Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking an Attending Physician to oversee and manage primary medical care for residents across our SNF facilities in Fall River, MA. The role includes collaboration with a dedicated NP or PA to deliver high-quality patient care on a part-time basis.

The ideal candidate is a board-certified physician with LTC experience and demonstrated leadership, capable of mentoring NPs and PAs and ensuring excellent clinical outcomes in a senior care setting.

Qualifications

• Board-certified physician with primary care and long-term care (LTC) experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to mentor NPs and PAs in clinical settings.
• Availability for part-time schedule (1 day per week) in Fall River, MA.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary care provider for residents in SNFs, overseeing medical management.
• Conduct patient rounds with NPs and PAs to assess and manage care.
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses while supervising ongoing medical conditions.
• Discuss treatment plans, prognosis, and advance care planning with residents and families.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and specialists to deliver comprehensive care.
