Job summary

Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking an Attending Physician to oversee primary medical care for residents at our facilities in Franklin, MA. You will serve as the primary care provider and will be supported by a dedicated NP or PA to ensure high-quality patient care.

This part-time role is 1 day per week with a total annual compensation of $50,000 - $60,000, plus benefits. The position requires leadership and collaboration with the care team to support residents in LTC settings.

Qualifications

• Board-certified physician with primary care and LTC experience.
• Strong leadership skills to mentor NPs and PAs in patient care.
• Ability to stand, walk, and navigate multi-level facilities during rounds.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary care provider for residents in SNFs, managing medical care
• Conduct patient rounds and collaborate with NPs and PAs
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and manage chronic conditions
• Discuss treatment plans, prognosis, and advance care planning with residents and families
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and specialists to deliver comprehensive care
