Job summary

Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking an Attending Physician to oversee and manage the primary medical care for residents at our facilities in Newburyport, MA. You will act as the primary care provider for the patients, ensuring their overall health and well-being.

Qualifications

• Board-certified physician with experience in primary care and LTC.
• Strong leadership to mentor NPs and PAs in delivering care.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and navigate multi-level facilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary care provider for residents in SNFs, overseeing medical management.
• Conduct patient rounds with NPs and PAs to assess and manage care.
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and manage chronic conditions.
• Communicate treatment plans, prognosis, and advance care planning with residents and families.
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with regulations.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and specialists to deliver comprehensive care.
