Job summary

Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking an Attending Physician to oversee primary medical care for residents at our Skilled Nursing Facilities, with a dedicated NP or PA to support you in this role.

The position is part-time, scheduled as one day per week, with compensation in the $50,000–$60,000 annual range. You will lead medical care, discuss treatment plans with residents and families, and collaborate with nurses, therapists, and specialists to ensure high-quality patient outcomes in a team-based

Qualifications

• Board-certified physician with primary care and long-term care (LTC) experience.
• Leadership skills to mentor NPs and PAs delivering care.
• Ability to stand/walk extensively and navigate facility floors.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary care provider for residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs).
• Conduct patient rounds with NPs and PAs to assess and manage care.
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and manage chronic conditions.
• Discuss treatment plans, prognosis, and advance care planning with residents and families.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure regulatory adherence.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and specialists to provide comprehensive care.
