Job summary

Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking an Attending Physician to oversee primary medical care for residents at our Skilled Nursing Facilities. You will be the primary care provider with a dedicated NP or PA support, and a part-time schedule (3 days per week).

Responsibilities include rounds, diagnosing and treating illnesses, managing chronic conditions, and discussing plans with residents and families. Maintain medical records, mentor NPs/PAs, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Board-certified physician with primary care and LTC experience.
• Ability to mentor NPs and PAs.
• Physically capable to lift 20 pounds and stand/walk up to 6-8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary care provider for residents in SNFs.
• Conduct patient rounds with NPs/PAs to assess and manage resident care.
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and oversee chronic conditions.
• Discuss treatment plans, prognosis, and advance care with residents and families.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and specialists to provide comprehensive care.
