Job summary

Vanderbilt Health’s Center for Professional Health seeks an Associate Program Manager to assist in planning, coordinating and executing courses with guidance. The role emphasizes developing engaging presentations, data reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

The position focuses on CPH courses but may cover programs; includes calendar management, meeting minutes, budget oversight, and development of educational materials for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Canva, and Canvas for engaging presentations and training materials.
• Advanced Excel skills including data analysis, reporting, and interpretation of complex datasets.
• Experience utilizing REDCap for data collection, management, reporting, and basic analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
• Strong organization and time management with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Actively supports CPH courses, programs, retreats, coaching clients, and consultations with internal/external stakeholders.
• Develops and maintains communications from the Center (mail, email, phone) and coordinates with VH/VUMC staff.
• Assist with webpage updates and maintenance; help develop new communications strategies.
• Manage CPH calendars for faculty and staff; coordinate scheduling and reminders.
