Job summary

You will provide leadership to initiatives expected to evolve, expand or change, with EMR access as part of the role. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of relevant experience, plus advanced program management and mentoring capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of relevant program management experience required.
• Experience leading complex programs and cross-functional teams.
• Mentoring and coaching of team members encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Develops program plans, goals and objectives in collaboration with program and area leadership.
• Provides professional and/or technical leadership in the execution of day-to-day program activities.
• Communicates within and across department to maximize information sharing around progress and inter-dependencies.
• Participates in institutional task forces and other special committees related to the achievement of goals and objectives.
• Responsibilities may be expanded with additional duties.
