The Opportunity

The Part-Time Associate is key to our success!

Stores rely on Part-Time Associates to provide excellent customer service, keep shelves stocked with fresh food, and create a great shopping experience for our customers.

What You'll Do

• Maintain assigned store sections, order, receive, and stock merchandise using proper equipment, ensure correct pricing, check product date codes for rotation, stock shelves, displays, and cases. Prepare perishable items for sale if needed.
• Set up promotional displays and review invoices for accuracy.
• Maintain sanitation standards inside and outside the store and parking lot as directed.
• Operate a cash register, handle transactions, and process refunds as authorized.
• Verify customer eligibility when selling alcoholic beverages.
• Assist customers courteously with current store and product information.
• Help load customer purchases into vehicles if requested.
• Record lost/damaged goods and store supplies accurately.

What You'll Bring

• Ability to read and write English, interact well with the public and coworkers.
• Understand simple instructions, labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, and memos.
• Present information clearly in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Apply common sense to follow detailed instructions.
• Regularly lift up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 45 pounds, and occasionally up to 60 pounds.
