Join our Store Operations Team as a Part-time Associate (Produce)!

The Opportunity

The Part-Time Associate is a key to our success! Stores rely on Part-Time Associates to provide excellent customer service, keep shelves stocked with fresh food, and create a great shopping experience for customers.

What You'll Do

1. Maintain assigned store sections, order, receive, and stock merchandise using proper equipment, ensure proper pricing, check product date codes, and stock shelves, displays, and cases. May prepare perishable products for sale.
2. Set up promotional displays and review invoices for accuracy.
3. Maintain sanitation standards in all store areas and parking lot as directed.
4. Operate cash register, process payments and refunds, and verify customer eligibility for alcohol sales.
5. Assist customers with current store and product information, and load purchases when requested.
6. Perform basic bookkeeping duties, record lost/damaged goods and store supplies.

What You'll Bring

1. Ability to read and write English, interact with the public and co-workers.
2. Understand instructions, labels, pricing codes, and memos.
3. Present information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings.
4. Apply common sense to follow detailed instructions.
5. Lift and move up to 25 pounds regularly, up to 45 pounds frequently, and up to 60 pounds occasionally.
