Join our Store Operations Team as a Part-time Associate (Load Crew)!

The Opportunity

The Part-Time Associate is key to our success! Stores rely on Part-Time Associates to provide excellent customer service, keep shelves stocked with fresh food, and create a great shopping experience.

What You'll Do

• Maintain assigned store sections, order, receive, and stock merchandise using proper equipment, ensure proper pricing, check product date codes for rotation, stock shelves, displays, and cases. Prepare perishable products for sale as needed.
• Set up promotional displays and review invoices for accuracy.
• Maintain sanitation standards in all store areas and parking lot.
• Operate cash register, process payments, refunds, and verify customer eligibility for alcohol sales.
• Assist customers with friendly and knowledgeable service, including loading purchases into vehicles upon request.
• Record inventory and store supplies, noting lost or damaged goods.

What You'll Bring

• Ability to read and write English, interact effectively with the public and coworkers.
• Ability to understand instructions, labels, pricing codes, and memos.
• Effective communication skills for one-on-one and small group interactions.
• Apply common sense to follow detailed instructions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly, up to 45 pounds frequently, and up to 60 pounds occasionally.
