Join our Store Operations Team as a Part-time Associate (Load Crew)!

The Opportunity

The Part-Time Associate is the key to our success! Stores rely on Part-Time Associates to provide excellent customer service, keep shelves stocked with fresh food, and create a great shopping experience for our customers.

What You'll Do

1. Maintain assigned store sections, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise, ensuring proper pricing, and checking product date codes for rotation. Prepare perishable items for sale.
2. Set up advertising and promotional displays. Review invoices for accuracy.
3. Maintain sanitation standards in all areas of the store and parking lot as directed.
4. Operate a cash register, handle payments, and process refunds with management approval.
5. Verify customer eligibility when selling alcoholic beverages.
6. Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous assistance to customers.
7. Assist customers with loading purchases into vehicles when requested.
8. Record lost/damaged goods and store supplies using appropriate tools.

What You'll Bring

1. Ability to read and write English, and interact effectively with the public and co-workers.
2. Ability to understand simple instructions, labels, and memos.
3. Effective communication skills in one-on-one and small group settings.
4. Apply common sense to follow detailed instructions.
