Qualifications

• Customer service experience or comparable experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, using a tablet to check them in and schedule meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while following policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools like mobile app, online banking and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with the branch team.
• Perform branch operations and adhere to bank policies during cash handling and other duties.
