Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet, scheduling meetings as needed.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology self-service options such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients achieve financial goals.
• Perform branch operations including cash devices while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
