Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts while following policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on digital tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com for banking needs.
• Build relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, and offering solutions.
• Perform branch operations and manage cash devices in line with bank policies.
