Job summary

You will leverage Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to support customers, build trusted relationships, and collaborate with branch teammates to achieve goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to put clients first and exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and greet clients entering the branch.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and open new accounts while complying with policies.
• Assist clients with day-to-day banking using self-service tech like mobile app and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations and cash-related duties per bank procedures.
