Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.

• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet.
• Open new accounts and provide account servicing while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist clients with day-to-day banking, including digital self-service options like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Support branch operations and cash handling while adhering to bank policies.
