Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Part Time Associate Banker in Flint, MI, to deliver friendly, attentive service and build trusted client relationships. You will help clients with everyday banking, open new accounts, and guide them to digital solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.

As part of the Consumer & Community Banking team, you will work to exceed client expectations, manage lobby flow, and support branch operations while adhering to regulatory requirements and bank policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to quickly learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, opening new accounts, and complying with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking with Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, and presenting solutions.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in line with policies.
