Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Open new accounts and provide account servicing while complying with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and self-service options.
• Build relationships by listening and sharing product knowledge with the team.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices as needed.
