Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver exceptional client experiences and promote our brand of hospitality at the branch. You will help clients achieve their financial goals by sharing product knowledge and solutions while using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to support everyday banking needs.

You will greet clients, open accounts, and collaborate with team members to exceed expectations, ensure compliance, and maintain a welcoming environment in a fast-paced banking setting.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to put clients first and exceed their expectations.
• Ability to engage clients and communicate clearly to understand needs.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet.
• Provide account servicing and opening of new accounts in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships through active listening and collaborative teamwork to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations and assist with cash devices in line with bank policies.
