Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients entering the branch and managing lobby flow.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance including opening new accounts, while following policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering product solutions to help clients meet goals.
• Assist with branch operations and cash devices in line with bank policies.
