Your role helps grow relationships and ensure seamless branch operations. You will educate clients on products, open accounts, and support day-to-day banking needs while adhering to all policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and guiding them through the lobby using a tablet to manage check-in and schedule meetings.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and new account openings while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to meet needs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and partnering with the branch team to achieve financial goals.
• Handle branch operations and cash devices in line with bank policies.
