Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development at our Fillmore location. You will assist with opening/closing procedures, merchandise flow, payroll and scheduling, and loss prevention while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.

You will train and guide Store Associates, uphold company policies, and ensure professional interactions with customers and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store operations and day-to-day activities.
• Provide friendly customer service and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize merchandise and maintain seasonal store areas.
