Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development at our Jackson-area location in Mississippi.

You will contribute to opening/closing procedures, merchandise flow, and staff training while ensuring a positive customer experience. We value strong communication, leadership, and a proactive approach to creating a safe, well-organized store environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in store management in retail or grocery preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and develop store associates.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve questions.
• Organize merchandise and maintain seasonal areas.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process directives and maintain records including payroll and scheduling.
• Support loss prevention and asset protection.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked store and organized stockroom.
• Assist Store Manager in training and developing staff.
• Ensure safety and professional conduct in the store.
