Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform extensive walking/standing

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Support payroll, scheduling, cash handling, and loss prevention
• Maintain store areas and stockroom to company standards
• Protect and secure all company assets and adhere to safety guidelines
• Assist Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing store associates
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff
