Job summary

Storage Asset Management in Pennsylvania is seeking a dynamic Property Leasing Associate to convert inquiries into storage rentals and deliver excellent customer service. You will conduct facility tours, maintain presentation, and support marketing efforts while ensuring clean, secure premises.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills a must.

• Ability to perform light maintenance and overall property upkeep.
• Management experience in leasing, retail, or operation environment.
• Previous experience in sales or marketing with a proven ability to generate business and close leads.

• A High School diploma /GED equivalent. College education a plus.
• Must be able to stand for several hours at a time and lift 25 lbs.
