Job summary

Storage Asset Management, a property management and consulting firm specializing in self-storage, seeks a proactive sales-oriented manager to drive rentals and enhance the customer experience in Mechanicsburg.

You will conduct engaging facility tours, maintain a premier presentation, and coordinate marketing efforts while mentoring assistant managers and ensuring accurate rent collections. Weekend availability and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; college education a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills are required.
• Experience in leasing, retail, or operations management.
• Sales or marketing experience with proven lead closing.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift 25 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Open availability, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Convert inquiries into storage rentals and meet sales targets.

Requirements:

• Exceptional customer service skills a must
• Open availability including weekends is needed
• Ability to perform light maintenance and overall property upkeep
• Management experience in leasing, retail, or operation environment
• Previous experience in sales or marketing with a proven ability to generate business and close leads
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Must be energetic and open to new ideas and direction changes
• A High School diploma /GED equivalent. College education a plus
• Must be able to stand for several hours at a time and lift 25 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with access to reliable transportation
