You will lead by example, coach a high-performing team, manage store systems, and drive improvements to support growth and top-line results.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail experience with some supervisory or keyholder responsibility preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Customer-first mindset with commitment to high service standards.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of retail operations, merchandising and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Lead with positivity and integrity, supporting the Store Manager in modeling professional behavior.
• Foster a collaborative and high-energy work environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and coach the team to do the same.
• Maintain high standards for store cleanliness, organization and visual appeal.
• Help set performance goals and provide timely coaching and support.
• Train associates in procedures and product knowledge to ensure consistent experiences.
• Track store sales and KPIs and identify opportunities for growth.
• Assist with inventory checks and adherence to FIFO practices.
