Retail Store Manager

Location: Woodmere, Ohio

Reports To: Director

Status: Full-Time

Inspirational Leadership

Analyze store performance using sales reports and data tools to identify growth opportunities.

Lead the team in achieving sales targets through effective merchandising, customer engagement, and upselling strategies.

Support company-wide initiatives by executing seasonal programs and promotions with excellence.

Operational Excellence

Manage store inventory, applying FIFO (First In, First Out) methods to minimize waste and maintain product freshness.

Oversee accurate cash handling, register balancing, and daily bank deposits.

Leverage in-store systems and technology to streamline store operations and improve efficiency.

Respond promptly to technical or operational issues to maintain service continuity.

Autonomy and Initiative

Operate the store with a high level of independence while upholding company standards.

Take ownership of problem-solving and decision-making to improve store performance.

Qualifications

3–5 years of retail management experience preferred, but not required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with POS and retail management systems.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
