You will support opening and closing, supervise associates, and ensure merchandise is well organized and displays are maintained. This role requires the ability to lift up to 55 lbs, work in a fast-paced environment, and communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform frequent physical tasks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, and record keeping.
• Maintain store areas to company standards; protect assets.
• Support loss prevention efforts.
• Help supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
