Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with daily store activities, greet customers, and help organize merchandise to ensure the sales floor remains inviting and well stocked.

You will help supervise and train store associates, uphold safety and cleanliness, and ensure policies are followed. This role offers opportunities for growth and involvement in payroll, scheduling, and loss prevention

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Store management experience in retail or grocery environment is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives related to store activities.
• Maintain promotional effectiveness of store-front fixtures and displays.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, record keeping, and loss prevention.
• Maintain store areas to company standards and protect assets including cash.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure staff follow policies.
• Help Store Manager supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and colleagues.
