Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations and enhance customer service at our Saint Clair Shores location. You will assist with day-to-day activities and help develop the store team in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will ensure merchandise is properly organized, participate in opening/closing procedures, and uphold company policies while maintaining a safe, friendly store atmosphere. Part-time role with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns they may have.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor as needed and maintain seasonal areas.
