Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma preferred.
• Experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is desirable.

• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and functions.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Support payroll, scheduling, and cash handling; assist with loss prevention.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked store and organized stockroom per company standards.
• Protect and secure all company assets including cash.
• Assist Store Manager with training and development of Store Associates.
• Create a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and colleagues.
